March Madness

Four regions — East, West, Midwest, South — each with sixteen teams scored by the Circadian Edge Engine on a seed-derived baseline and a first-round fatigue nudge. Every team carries six round-by-round probability chips (R64, R32, S16, E8, FF, Championship Game). The eight first-round matchups per region run the same time-zone and travel drag the NFL boards run, so a late-night West-region tip-off dragging an east-coast visitor reads the same way as it does on the Sunday slate.

Mock data — placeholder 64-team field with seed-derived baseline probabilities (≈FiveThirtyEight historicals, conditioned on reaching the prior round). The first-round Circadian Edge reading reuses the per-row annotation primitives the /api/nfl-games route uses; the late-tip flag on West region matchups surfaces the west-to-east visitor drag the brief calls out. The live NCAA feed is wired behind MARCH_MADNESS_LIVE_FEED=true and returns the same MarchMadnessPayload shape.
